These conditions apply to all offers made by franjexArt, all orders that you place, and all agreements concluded between us in relation to the products and services offered on this website.
Please email me on franjexart@gmail.com should you wish to order a different size from those on the price list.
Guarantee
We wish you to be happy with the quality of your purchase, and if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the original product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
If your order should be damaged in transit, we would request that you photograph the item and the packaging, attach them to an email and send to franjexart@gmail.com, with the word ‘return’ in the subject line. Please include in the body of the email: your name, the shipping tracking number, item number, and description of the reason for the return. Please advise if you require a replacement or a refund.
To return your order, please pack it in the original tube or packaging, and post to:

Please specify the reason for the return and whether you want a replacement or refund. We strongly advise you to return your item with a tracking number.
Sales Tax
If any Sales Tax is due in your state, it is payable by you.

We attempt to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Size descriptions may vary within 5mm.

We are not liable for any financial damage (including but not limited to the cost of any replacement purchase) that may occur because of non-timely arrival or any lack of availability or conformity of the product.
