I have just read a fascinating article about food as the new gold, and this makes total sense to me. I keep wondering what will happen to big cities in the event of any kind of disaster – the solar flares that Nassar predicts could wipe out all out electronic equipment, climate change, water shortages. It could be that the small subsistence farmers will win at the end of the day. At least they still have cows and chickens and vege gardens!
What do you think? Do you think big cities will starve!
